Terms of Listing
- I agree that all information provided to H.E.L.M. Travel and any of it's members is accurate and truthful.
- I understand that I will provide fellow exchange members with a clean and secure home.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to check with the exchange family about any safety concerns that I
may have and it is not the responsibility of H.E.L.M. Travel or it's employees to do so on my behalf - After agreement of exchange or hosting, I understand it is my responsibility to keep the exchange or
hosting family informed about any changes to our agreement. - I agree that our family will conduct ourselves in a mature, respectful and appreciative manner.
- I agree that if a contracted exchange or hosting plans change, I will rectify the situation by either finding
another family or providing alternative lodging at my expense. I agree that I will NOT affect the plans by
the other family unless agreed to by them. - I agree to notify H.E.L.M. Travel with any changes of email, phone number or change of residence
immediately. - I agree to maintain exchange or hosting families home in the same or better manner than our own
home. - I agree to all house rules that the exchange or hosting family may have regardless.
- I agree to place all emergency numbers near ALL telephones in the home.
- I agree if there are any additional guests (grandparents for example) that will be a part of the exchange
or hosting, that I will notify and receive permission for the exchange or hosting family. - I agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- I agree to leaving the exchange home in the same or better condition, including
- general cleaning, start the laundry, clean dishes, wipe counters and remove trash from
- the home.
- I agree that I am responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations.
- I agree that I will not hold HELM or any employee responsible for misfortune including
- but not limited to injury, damage or theft that may result from an exchange.
- I understand that personal information, such as, name, email, address or phone number
- will NOT be shown on the listing.
- I understand that anyone wishing to make contact with me about a possible exchange
- will be done so through HELM and it will be my choice to respond to that person.
- I understand that I must send a single photo of the front of our home to HELM.
- I understand that H.E.L.M. Travel is strictly a contact site and that I make all contact with potential
exchange families.
